i flip my latkes in the air sometimes

So yesterday morning, I was listening to  Taio Cruz's "Dynamite."  It's a surefire way to get you pumped up and in a great mood.  It's also amazing on the dance floor.  Sometimes on the way to work, when I'm expecting a particularly difficult day or just am not quite awake,  I pump up the volume on Dynamite and rock out.  My drive to work in the morning includes about 2 minutes on a highway of sorts, so I can get the mph up to about 50-60 (with the windows down if it's warm enough).  Please listen to this song

I'm a Roman Catholic, but I went to a school where the caucasian population was primarily Jewish.  We don't need to go into details about my college experience, but I'll just tell you it wasn't easy. Anyhoo, my mom is Jewish and many of my cousins are, so I've been celebrating the Jewish holidays since I was a little girl and even went to Hebrew School when my mom was in temple when I was younger.  I also spent 4 years dating a jewish boy.   So any Jewish jokes or antisemetic coments come my way.  My brother sent me this video.  PLEASE WATCH.  it's amazing.

I hope you all had a very Happy Hanukkah!  My mom got her Hanukkah present from Boyfriend and me last night.  Remember when I posted on Oprah's Favorite Things? Well, mom got the beautiful Sophia Satchel and loved it!  I'm hoping one day she'll tire of it (not likely) and let me borrow it!  It opens up so you can see everything easily, has a cell phone pocket that actually fits the iPhone, is big enough to fit her iPad and stethoscope and has a beautiful red interior!
